Casa Punzalan Hotel | A Place to Stay in Taal Batangas

During my last visit at my hometown, Taal Batangas, I was able to get a chance to visit Casa Punzalan and took some pictures for me to share in this blog.

Casa Punzalan is an authentic heritage house converted into a Hotel. Casa Punzalan is being maintained by Taal Heritage Foundation. There are 5 available rooms in this heritage house.

Travelers could choose from different rooms with reference to their budget. Room rates ranges from PHP 600 to PHP 1,500.

I have not seen any free wifi, and I don’t think it is available.

The hotel is very near to Basilica of Taal Batangas as well as a few minutes walk to Taal Public Market.

    Hello,

    Looks like a good place to stay when we go to Taal.

    1) How easy is it to go to see Taal volcano from Casa Punzalan
    2) Can you please tell me how to reach Casa Punzalan, from Manila Cubao (we will be coming by bus)
    3) I have been to Viga. How different is Taal heritage town from Vigan?

    Thank you
    David

    @David,

    Please be informed that Taal Batangas is a bot far from the Taal Volcano.

    From Manila Cubao .. Just look for the Bus that will go to Lemery Batangas..

    I could say that Vigan is different from Taal. In Taal there not much tourist compared to Vigan.

    is there any other inn aside from Casa Punzalan? if you have some details it’ll be very much appreciated if you can share it too.

    Salamat po.

    @KC,

    I think one of the best option is to rent a cottage near the sea at “Butong Taal Batangas” it is only about 10 minutes via away from the town at isa pa.. makakapag beach ka na rin :) .. madami naman pong masasakyan kung wala kayong dalang car..
